📊 Movement Summary

How stock moves over time, from the log history. Fast = busiest 25% by outbound volume, Slow = quietest 25%, the rest Moderate.

🏭 Inventory Position — Regular PK pallets

Measured against a starting point of pallets. Aisle 1 items are boxes and labels, so they are not counted as pallet spaces.

🧾 Unrecorded Outbound

The gap between what the movement history says we should be holding and what is actually on the floor. It is not counted as usage anywhere else on this page, so it never distorts the charts or the suggested minimums.

📉 Pallets Held Over Time

Built forward from the starting point using recorded Add Count and Remove Count only. It ends on what the records say we should hold — the real count is marked separately, and the space between the two is the unrecorded outbound.

🎯 Suggested Safe Minimums

Worked out from how fast each PK is actually used and how long its deliveries really take: usage during the wait for a delivery, plus a cushion of 2 pallets for fast movers and 1 for the rest. Only PKs with recorded usage appear here.

⚖️ Ordering vs Usage

Over a settled period these should be close to equal. A persistent lean one way means stock is building up or running down.

📈 Weekly Inbound vs Outbound (all PKs)

Every period from your first week of activity to the current week. Change the date range or grouping above.

📋 Warehouse Audit

Paste the counts from your walk-around and each PK's count is replaced with what you counted — the audit is treated as a full recount. A PK listed on several lines is added up first, then written as one figure.
⚠️ Clear first, then add. Clearing sets every count of that type to 0 and cannot be undone.
Nothing cleared yet.

Regular PK counts

One line per pallet group, e.g. pk1212 x2, pk1198 x0.5 or pk2850(v) x1. Paste the whole count in one go — a PK listed more than once is totalled, then written as its new count. Lines without a quantity are treated as headings and ignored.
